Pentaconn have adopted brass for the metal core, a material that greatly enhances sound. By maintaining the shape of the sound conduit, it also maintains the consistency of the sound.

Colored silicone material is positioned between the metal core and the earphone nozzle, creating a unique material that improves overall sound quality. The silicones are color-coded in CMYK order by size, making it easy for most people to distinguish various sizes.
